Our reputed client in Oman is currently hiring talented Commis Chefs for their dynamic culinary team. The positions are available across various departments, including Bakery, Hot Kitchen, and Pastry. Position Details

Available positions include Commis I (Bakery), Commis I (Hot Kitchen), Commis II (Hot Kitchen), Commis II (Bakery), Commis II (Pastry), Commis III (Bakery), and Commis III (Hot Kitchen).
The salary ranges from OMR 180 – 240, equivalent to LKR 141,660 – 188,880. Food is included in the salary package. In addition, the employer provides free accommodation, transportation, medical facilities, and an air ticket.

Eligibility Criteria for Commis Chef Vacancies in Oman

To qualify for these positions, candidates must possess at least two years of experience in a professional kitchen environment. Experience in Hot Kitchen, particularly in American cuisine, is highly valued. Candidates with fryer or grill experience will have an added advantage. For Bakery and Pastry roles, prior exposure to bread-making, pastry preparation, or production kitchen setups is preferred. Those applying for pastry positions should also be familiar with pre-plated desserts prepared within restaurant settings. Furthermore, applicants must demonstrate strong teamwork skills, cleanliness, and attention to detail in maintaining presentation and hygiene standards.
