Our client, a leading restaurant in Kuwait, is currently seeking talented individuals to join their team in various culinary positions. The available vacancies include Head Chef, Head Bakers, Junior Baker, and Commis (Hot Range). As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations. Your role will involve menu planning, food preparation, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. With your extensive experience and expertise, you will create innovative and delicious dishes, while also managing inventory and cost control.

For the position of Head Bakers, you will lead the bakery section, supervising the baking process and ensuring the production of high-quality bread, pastries, and desserts. Your expertise in dough preparation, baking techniques, and decoration will be essential in delivering exceptional baked goods to customers.

The Junior Baker role is ideal for individuals passionate about baking who are looking to develop their skills further. You will assist the Head Bakers in all aspects of the baking process, learning techniques and recipes, and contributing to the production of delicious bakery items.

As a Commis (Hot Range), you will work in the kitchen’s hot section, assisting the senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and plating. Your attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to learn from experienced chefs will contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

The working hours for all positions are 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, and the initial contract period is 2 years. Accommodation and transportation will be provided, ensuring a comfortable living arrangement for employees.
