As a store manager or assistant store manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that sales targets are met, and customer satisfaction is maintained. You will also be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service.
