As a Registered Nurse, you will need to have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minimum of three years of experience. For Enrolled Nurse, a Diploma or BSc in Nursing is required, along with at least one year of experience. Both roles also require registration with the Sri Lankan Nursing Council (SLNC) and proficiency in conversational English.

Working hours for these positions are 44 hours per week, with shifts that depend on the employer’s needs. If working night shifts, you will work four days a week, while day shifts require five days a week. The contract period is two years, with the possibility of renewal.
