I have the experience your company needs to fill this position and to be a great asset to your company. I worked as a assistant store manager for two years where I gained a lot of experience dealing with the different jobs associated with inventory. While a major part of my job was taking inventory, ordering, receiving and putting up stock, I learned that there is a lot more to dealing with merchandise than just placing orders and stocking shelves. I understand the importance of and have the ability to maintain a well-organized stock room by keeping all merchandise in the right area with date sensitive items rotated. I have excellent computer skills with the ability to create logs and keep accurate records of all merchandise. I know how to read invoices and how to match the invoice with the merchandise to ensure the proper items are received. I have the computer knowledge to use any inventory system and most any program or software associated with this job.
