As a part of career advancement , I wish to take new challenges in the next few years and therefore I would share my application for your kind attention. Presently, I am engaging as the Head of QA of a large scale leading Exported oriented Cable Manufacturing company and I have over 20+Yrs of Snr.Mgt experience. Since 2016 , I engaged as the Factory Manager of the same company and since 2019 onwards moved on to Quality Assurance in order to strengthen the Systems\/Product Quality.<\/p>\n
Until Nov-2011, I was occupied as the GM-Quality & Environment [MR] of Noratel, a UK Based large scale MNC (strength: 1800 employees, 42 mill.USD\/annum) which involves in Production and distribution of Electrical\/Electronic products in the world market (Europe, USA, Asia). There I worked for 17 yrs. across the overall value chain, locally as well as internationally. Thereafter I worked for various organizations gaining wealth of industry experience and there I had an opportunity to deal with various types of reputed leading organizations with a strong focus on Manufacturing, QA Marketing, Logistics and overall customer service.<\/p>\n
With this exposure together with other academic achievements, B Sc (Physical Science, 1993), MBA (2002, PIM,
\nJ-pura) , Dip. In Quality Management (1995, SLSI), CIM (stage-3\/part qualification), lead-auditor qualification in ISO
\n9001:2008&ISO14001:2004, Trained In Japan on Quality(2008) , I managed to build a solid industrial foundations.<\/p>\n
My industrial career was started in the garment trade in 1987 and thereafter I have been engaging in various fields such as Rubber, Industrial bulbs , Toroidal Transformers, Plastics Products, Bottle Coolers, Industrial Control Cables etc. I strongly believe that industry experience gained in last 20 yrs, would definitely be helpful in adding value to organizations.<\/p>\n
Looking at the core achievement \/ responsibilities held in companies, Sustainable Growth\/Expansion , Increased Profitability, Positive Cultural Changes, Dealing with 3rd parties (Regulatory bodies, Customers\/Suppliers), Establishing IMS (on ISO 9001\/14001\/22000, OHSAS 18001), Product Compliance (IEC-Europe, UL-USA, VDE-Germany, SLSI, PSE-Japan, TUV for Solar Cables )coupled with Overall Customer Satisfaction, Achieving KPI\u2019s can be considered as the major aspects . <\/p>\n
Throughout the career, I enjoyed a lot while shaping my roles in a dynamic manner while enhancing on new
\ncompetencies.
\n2016 onwards I was heading the factory and managed to contribute to grow the company by 30% year on(2015 end to 2022) while meeting expected Profit margins.
\nFurthermore, I am proud to share that I have taken initiative in leading the Noratel company towards successful achievements at the National Quality Convention-2002-2006 and I was recognized as the Best Outstanding
\nManager(in 2006).<\/p>\n
In the point of view of personal characteristics, I would share that; I am a firm believer of trust, honesty, teamwork, Systems Approach, Learning Organization & factual decision making towards set vision & mission and I believe that readiness to face challenges is a key factor in any business<\/p>\n
