I Started my career in a telecommunication industry as an Internal Auditor and have paved my way through the BPM industry .I now am a Quality Assurance Manger working for an Australian subsidiary in Sri Lanka .I have set up the Quality Management system and I’m responsible of ensuring all processes are of expected standards.
