On a regular basis, I met with staff members to discuss the present and desired course of action. By listening to the workforce, I was able to identify the process’s flaws. As Assistant Production Manager at CDDEF Manufactures & Merchants Private Limited, I increased OEE by 10% in order to reduce production costs by boosting manufacturing process efficiency by 50%.
