I am currently working as the Brand Manager at Softlogic Restaurants Pvt Ltd in Colombo 05, Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n
In this position, I am responsible for all Marketing Activities for the Burger King, Popeyes, Subway, Delifrance, Baskin Robbins & Crystal Jade Restaurants in Sri Lanka. This includes overlooking 44 individual outlets, handling all ATL & BTL Marketing activities and directly reporting to the Softlogic\u2019s Group Director Marketing.<\/p>\n
After working for 2 other companies since June 2015, I joined Softlogic Restaurants in November 2016 as a Brand Executive. By this time, the company had only launched Burger King in Sri Lanka and had a total of 13 outlets island-wide. Since then, Burger King expanded its footprint within the country, reaching up to 23 outlets in total by Q1 2022. Softlogic then acquired the master franchise to operate Baskin Robbins, Delifrance, Crystal Jade, Popeyes & Subway, wherein I was directly involved and was responsible for the Outlet Designing, Branding and the Complete Market Launch Campaigns for each of
\nthese franchises. Starting off with Gross Revenues of LKR700Mn in early 2014, I have actively taken part in growing the business to LKR3.5Bn over the past 6 years, catering up to 400,000 customers a month.<\/p>\n
In this time, I have gained ample experience in the field of Marketing & Brand Positioning of world renowned FMCG Brands. My daily workload includes (and is not limited to) developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to maximize sales of all products via multiple sales avenues; measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns and assessing ROI and KPIs; carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with current and future customer trends; interacting with foreign principals to determine brand objectives and strategies; supervising most forms of advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain a consistent brand image; overseeing product shoots, video commercial shoots and other creative developments.<\/p>\n
