\nManager \u2013 Key Accounts of the Projects Division of Royal Ceramics
\nLanka PLC (since 2006)
\nRoyal Ceramics Lanka PLC branded as Rocell, is a Sri Lankan holding
\ncompany and is the largest ceramic tiles and bath ware manufacture in the
\ncountry. Rocell is also engaged in exporting its products to the global
\nmarket registered with the Sri Lankan Export Development Board.
\nThe Project Division is the key department of Rocell, which handles the
\nleading Commercial and Residential Development Projects of the country.
\nThe Division plays an integral role in new business pitches, especially in
\nthe commercial city of Colombo.
\nAs the Manager – Key Accounts of the Projects Division, mainly responsible
\nfor the following;
\n\u2022 Overseeing the overall implementation and execution of the
\ncorporate projects undertaken by the Company
\n\u2022 Strategic planning and advising corporate clients in designing
\nand building their construction projects in terms of floor interior
\nand bath ware arrangements.
\n\u2022 Ensuring the smooth administration and the operations of the
\nProject Division
\n\u2022 Identifying the career development needs of the subordinates
\nwithin the department
\n\u2022 Acting as the key interface between the Client and the corporate
\nmanagement of the organization.
\n\u2022 Focusing on the expansion of the existing client network and
\ngenerating new business opportunities.
\nAcademic Qualifications:
\n1. Certificate In Marketing.
\nSri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM)
\n2. Certificate In Information Technology.
\nInstitute of Data management (IDM)
