I am Krishan Harsha Thilakarathne, profession as an Engineer with more than 10 year\u2019s career experience and additional over 3 year\u2019s industrial experience in automotive, manufacturing sector. <\/p>\n
Currently I am working as Mold management senior engineer in Michelin co-operate office \u2013 Sri lanka with the responsibility of SAP maintenance sustainability in all tire plants including Vietnam. Before that, 5 years as Senior Mechanical Engineer\u2013 Molds by managing largest solid tire mold operation facility in Sri Lanka. (SME role (Subject matter expert) in BPO). Also, I worked over 3 years as Quality assurance engineer in Kramski Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and Flintec transducers (Pvt) Ltd. <\/p>\n

Before that, completed the diploma in Manufacturing Management at NIBM \u2013 Sri Lanka, National diploma in Engineering Sciences at Institute of Engineering Technology \u2013 Sri Lanka & followed several technical programs at reputed institutes.
