Having worked for 4 years as a cake decorator in Sensal and Perera and sons, two leading hotel chains in Sri Lanka, I have valuable experience in performing any duties involved in the role under direction. I can make and decorate plain cakes and gateau cakes. I can make many types of slices cakes and decorations. Also Caramel Pudding, Watalappan Pudding, Biscuit Pudding, Chocolate Mousse, Apple Tart, Cheese Tart, Apple Cake, Cheese Cake, etc.<\/p>\n
