Presently President of Wire Welfare Association for the FY 2022\/2023. Prior, I was employed as Assistant Manager &#8211; Human Resource \/ Administration for 4 months\u2019 at R.M. Perera<br \/>\nPvt Ltd \u201cFurniture Manufacturing and Interior Decorating\u201d and 17 years&#8217; work experience from Entrust Securities PLC (Formerly known as Ceylinco Shriram Securities Ltd 2000 \u2013 2009) \u201cnon-banking primary dealer\u201d as I started my career. I joined there 12th September 2002 and resigned 30th April 2019 due to financial difficulties which the organization faced. Out of 17 years\u2019 work experience in Treasury Operations, I had 6 years as a Managerial role. My main duties were to overlook daily cash flows, system operations (Deal Net | SWIFT Operations), inventory management, day to day regulatory reporting,<br \/>\nmonitoring treasury operational and internal reporting\u2019s to division superior AGM, conducting staff evaluations, annual appraisals &amp; discussing actions plans (trainings &amp; workshops, capital expenditures, annual roster, budgeting, salary increments &amp; promotions, delivering job descriptions, organizing division &amp; industry competitors operational staff fellowship outings, vice president of Entrust Welfare and activities with Association of Primary Dealers Sri Lanka), have a strong negotiation skills with industry competitors for operational activities, possess the skills to identify goals &amp; resources as per the job demand on timely basis through the engagement in planning overall process requirements with the head of department AGM and other departments in coordination. Further I am a Freelance Consultant as well since 1st May 2019.<\/p>\n<p>These duties require sound personal management skills to manage a team of any operational staff speed processing to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries to the respective client base.<\/p>\n<p>I have also gained extensive experience in executing duties well under pressure and committed to deadlines.<\/p>\n<p>I am always eager to experience more about human resource management [Talent &amp; Development], credit management, operational strategies, market trends research and analysis on these areas in my own time to become more knowledgeable.
