\nAs the divisional engineer of the Southern Provincial Road Development Authority in Makandura division in Matara district (From December 2019 to the Present ), I was the responsible person for all the maintenance and development of 278 km of roads inside my division. Approving B.O.Q. estimations, managing funds allocated to the division, designing minor structures, managing all resources(human, financial, and physical) with regard to relevant projects, and coordinating with the government and other parties were my main job roles during my period. I enrolled with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Civil 3D software to make ease my job.
\nWhile working as the civil engineer for the Southern Expressway Extension Project in Sri Lanka (From 2017 December to 2019 December), I was responsible for planning, scheduling, resource management, and productivity analysis. During that period, I was In-charge of the construction of minor structures and large structures including drains, culverts, overpass bridges, and underpass bridges. I also prepared reports on the progress of construction and cost. Through this project, I was able to develop my organizational skills, as well as a systematic and practical approach to work. And also I engaged in micro-level analysis of management matters.
\nI am a highly-motivated worker who can work without supervision, and possess the necessary experience to lead a team. I am punctual and have demonstrated the ability to work under pressure.
