Application for the position of Chef

I am writing to express my interest in the position of Chef. I am a talented and experienced culinary professional with pleasing personality who has a strong creative flair and the ability to manage all kitchen operations. I am expert in Fine Dining and Healthy Restaurant coordinating catering, banquet and special events and have proven success in managing large volume dining facilities. Now I would like to bring my talent and artistry to work for you.

After completing my apprenticeship in 2001, I have been involved in food service industry working in Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Doha Qatar, Republic of Maldives. I am adept at preparing menus and am able to work with clients to determine what menus and service will best fit their needs and budget. My experience also includes management of multiple dining. I have basic mastery of cooking philosophy and technique.

Currently I am working as a Head Chef La Cantine Restaurant Doha. (AKLY)
