Dedication, precise thinking and rapid action, and touch of humanity, those are mottos of my professional life. I am a nursing manager who completed a service of exactly 30 years in my career. I joined the government nursing service as a fresh school leaver and build up my capabilities, skills, qualifications and proper experiences to enhance my professional life during last three decades. During my service I have passed many critical moments that Sri Lanka’s health service played a key role, such as Sri Lanka’s war and civil disturbances, bomb blasts, Tsunami disaster, massive floods in 2015, Easter Sunday bomb blasts and Covid ital19 pandemic. Therefore, I am highly confident that I could fulfill duties that are enlisted in an overseas nursing job. I believe that I have capacity and strength in that purpose

Work & Experience
Worked as a Nursing officer at National Hospital Sri Lanka from 1992 to 2017 covering surgical and accident Services. In 2017 promoted as a Ward Sister ( Ward Manager) in the medical section at the National Hospital Sri Lanka.
From 2017 up to now serving as a Ward Sister (ward Manager) at ward 45, a medical ward in the National Hospital. Duties include full authority of all activites of the ward and its staff and the custody of inventory of equipment related to all medial and other activites.
