Dear Sir,
I am prasanga Samantha Kumara Abeygunawardana. As a Sri Lankan person. 38 years old male. Married and I have one daughter.
I passed GCE O/L in 2000. G.E.C. A/L in 2003. After appearing and passing the advanced level examination, I proceeded to study the law degree course at the Open University of Sri Lanka 2005 to 2009. During that time, I have worked as a clerk (Management Assistant) in the Government of Sri Lanka and gained experience. Meanwhile I have gained training and experience in the use of computers and internet a related computer course has also been taken.

Later in the last phase of my education, I joined Missaka Garden Services, a well-known garden decoration company in Sri Lanka, and started working as an trainee gardener.
Later, by the year 2012, I was promoted as the gardener of that company and since to 2020. Our services done all the related planning work in all the garden and road beautification works. Accordingly, during the decoration work, the related plantations has also been done. Mainly as a gardener I had done garden maintenance activities, planting & maintenance of plantation, use of fertilizers and agrochemicals, preparation of gardens according to the plans provided, Cleaning of areas, (indoor & outdoor) maintenance of pets including ornamental fish etc. have been done. Accordingly, a good understanding has been gained about the use of machines and tools related to garden and farming activities as well as the related order.

In the meantime, at 2015 when I was doing gardening work in Hambantota city, I bought about 06 acres of land in Suriyawewa area near to Hambanthota and started growing vegetables in commercial level.

In 2015, I left Missaka Garden Services and start Worked as a Farmer in the DS Agri Business and gained good experience and knowledge about cultivation and related activities by doing so.

In such cultivation, I have done all the work of cultivation from preparing the land to selling the crops and gained experience. Also, we have to do the daily maintenance of the machines, equipment’s etc. related to the cultivation.
In the meantime, I have also gained good experience in outdoor cultivation under dry and harsh environmental conditions

In this way, I hope to develop my related knowledge in a more advanced technical and formal manner by joining the work of your company for a few years. And being able to do so will also help my economy grow. However, if I am selected for this job, I look forward to serving you very well.
