Application for Civil Engineer
I’m writing to apply for the position of Civil Engineer at your organization. I am interested in this position because I have extensive prior experience in completing all project within Schedule and budget which meets the job requirements.
I have more than 4 years of experience in several construction companies including civil and infrastructure construction. During my recent tenure, I have engaged in tasks including but not limited to; Developed detailed construction plans for various civil projects, created professional technical drawings, Visited and supervised construction on site, ensuring that all procedures and safety guidelines were always followed. Completed reports on the progress of the projects, identified and resolved any problematic issues, and communicated with clients to ensure that everything was in compliance with their goals and requirements.
In Sri Lanka, I worked in EN Project Lanka (Pvt) ltd. The second child and maternal hospital in Sri Lanka will be constructed at Gallassa in the Kalutara district at a cost of Rs. 4,775 million, Health Ministry sources said. According to the sources, the project will be funded by the Netherlands, in that project I having experience with Netherland Consulting firm. I worked in Rn Construction (Pvt) ltd for several numbers of projects, as an Assistant Civil Engineer. I was responsible for activities such as carefully managed projects so that milestones were met during agreed time and within budget confines.
In terms of soft skills, I’m a fluent communicator, possess team management, Highly motivated and committed to adding value through detailed planning. I’ve learned sticking to project safety guidelines and implementing those always help to minimize risks while at work.
