I am a diligent HR professional having a passion for interacting with people, now pursuing a career in Human Resource Management. My tenure in the industry is over 14 years, here in Sri Lanka/Kenya & Ethiopia. I have been privileged to serve in some of the most challenging production plants, which has given me inconceivable exposure to the industry gaining knowledge, skill and experience in strategic planning, innovative methods of recruitment, and optimizing human resources by effectively managing the skill inventory.

I have proven my ability in delivering the targeted results on given Key Performance Indicators with my persistence, attention to detail, quick to take corrective action when weakness is observed, my dedication and discipline, attributes which I developed and refined during my tenure in the Sri Lanka Air Force as a pilot officer.
I have redrafted existing policies on HR matters based on current statutes and legislature and formulated new policies on HR and administrative functions where I have observed the need to be streamlined.

I am a trainer who has been fortunate to shared knowledge and skill gained over the years with the organizations I have served. My keen eye for understanding the skill and knowledge gaps in an organization has aided me in developing training modules that have demonstrated in having a positive impact on the profitability of the company.
