I have 7 years of experience as a F&B service assistant and also 3+ years of experience as a
bartender in Food & Beverage Department. I’m confident in propelling my skills in the role of
responsibilities of a bartender and F&B Service assistant.
To list a few of my responsibilities in my past and current role in a F&B department,
• Made suggestions to up -sell the menu items and provide good customer service to the
guests.
• Performed the function of Section holder and responsible in the micro cashiering
procedure
• Established and strictly adhered to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies
an invented item and to ensure that the bar/restaurant is adequately equipped.
• Maintain good bar knowledge and engaged conversation with guests in order to build
rapport and ensure that they are repeat guests.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of bar and also maintaining the bar storage according to the
exercise department reports.
I often receive compliments from the owners that I am very capable engaging with people, both
staff and customers. I am also complimented on my ability to correct newer Bartenders in a
way that is encouraging but also serves the guest timely fashion.
