Also, I’m currently working as Commis iii – pastry & bakery chef at Suriya Resort, Kammala Roard, Kammala, Sri Lanka, from November 2022 to the present.
My personal attributes include managing kitchen staff, menu planning, tracking inventory, controlling costs, developing the recipe, and serving patrons. And excellent understanding of recipe modification and nutrient composition along with advanced nutrition skills aimed at preparing specialized food items. and I have NVQ Level 4, Pastry and Bakery DON BOSCO TECHNICAL CENTRE- Negombo, Sri Lanka.
