• Jr. Sous Chefs: AED 3,000 (LKR 270,000)
• Chefs de Partie: AED 2,500 (LKR 225,000)
• Demi Chefs: AED 2,000 (LKR 180,000)
• Commis I: AED 1,500 (LKR 135,000)
• Commis II: AED 1,200 (LKR 108,000)
