I’m currently working as a assistant Pastry Sous chef at Marriott Marquis City Centre Doha Qatar.

In this role I was responsible to organisation for the and supervision of the pastry kitchen and consistent provision of a high standard of service to all guests.

My experience includes Pastry kitchen, find dining and manager role in general and VIP facilities hotel service, royal banquet event, largest outdoor and indoor event, special heath menu in the role I have always brought a focus on customer service.
