I have over 14 years experience in food industry covering food safety/hygiene and quality assurance, regulatory compliance etc. Currently I am working with SGS as a FSMS auditor and trainer which is one of the word reputed multinational companies for system certification, inspection and laboratory testing. I have sound knowledge on food safety management system implementation and auditing including GMP,HACCP.ISO 22000;2018,FSSC22000 V5.1,BRC etc. I also have adequate knowledge on food and nutrition labeling regulations and compliance covering EU,US FDA food labeling regulations .
