Job Description

Emerald Isle Manpower & Travel Services is currently recruiting for two prestigious positions in Qatar — Revenue & Reservations Manager and Learning & Development Manager. Both roles play a vital part in the success of a well-established hospitality brand. Position Details

1. Revenue & Reservations Manager

• Salary: QAR 11,500 (LKR 954,500) per month
• Job Location: Qatar

2. Learning & Development Manager

• Salary: QAR 8,000 (LKR 664,000) per month
• Job Location: Qatar

Both positions include generous allowances that cover food, accommodation, and transportation.

Eligibility Criteria for Revenue & Reservations Manager

Applicants should possess a strong background in revenue management and reservations within the hospitality sector. A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred. In addition, candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and proficiency in reservation systems and data analysis tools.

Eligibility Criteria for Learning & Development Manager

Ideal candidates must have proven experience in employee training, performance development, and learning strategy implementation within hotels or similar establishments. A background in HR or hospitality training is advantageous, along with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
