Position Details

Our client is actively seeking candidates for several specialized tiers within their culinary department. The current vacancies include:

• Commis I (Hot Kitchen)
• Commis II (Hot Kitchen)
• Commis III (Hot Kitchen)
• Commis II (Bakery Central Kitchen)
• Commis II (Pastry)

The salary package ranges from OMR 180 to OMR 240, which converts to approximately LKR 143,640 to LKR 191,520 based on current exchange rates.

Eligibility Criteria for Commis Chefs

Applicants must demonstrate a solid foundation in professional cooking and kitchen safety. Specifically, we require candidates to have relevant vocational training or previous experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant. Because our client maintains high service standards, you must display the ability to follow complex recipes accurately and maintain cleanliness under pressure. Additionally, a basic command of English will help you communicate effectively within a multicultural team.
