Position Details

The current recruitment phase focuses on two primary departments: Food Production and Housekeeping. We are looking for Commis I specialists to join the Pastry and Bakery sections, as well as the Hot and Cold Kitchens. In this role, you will assist senior chefs in preparing high-quality cuisine and maintaining kitchen hygiene. Additionally, we are hiring Housekeeping Room Attendants responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms. Both positions offer competitive salaries paid in Omani Rial (OMR), with the Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR) equivalent adjusted according to current exchange rates.

Eligibility Criteria for Commis I and Housekeeping Attendants

To qualify for these positions, candidates must demonstrate a basic understanding of hotel operations. While previous experience in a 5-star environment is highly advantageous, hotel school leavers are also welcome to apply. Specifically, Commis I applicants should possess fundamental culinary skills and knowledge of food safety protocols. Housekeeping applicants must show physical fitness and an eye for detail. Furthermore, all candidates should communicate effectively in English to interact with an international clientele.
