Job Description

The primary focus of this recruitment effort involves the maintenance and development of high-quality landscape projects in Qatar. Landscape Supervisors will oversee field operations, manage crews, and ensure that site designs meet exact specifications. Meanwhile, Gardeners will perform essential horticultural tasks, including planting, pruning, and irrigation management, to maintain the aesthetic appeal of green spaces. Position Details

We are looking to fill two specific roles with competitive salary packages based on current exchange rates ($1 \text{ QAR} \approx 85 \text{ LKR}$).

• Landscape Supervisor: The monthly salary for this position is QAR 2,100, which is approximately LKR 178,500.
• Gardener: The monthly salary for this position is QAR 1,300, which is approximately LKR 110,500.

Additionally, the employer includes a food allowance within the total salary package to cover daily living expenses efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria for Landscape Supervisors and Gardeners

Prospective candidates must demonstrate relevant experience in landscaping or horticulture to qualify for these roles. Supervisors should possess leadership skills and the ability to interpret blueprints or landscape designs.
