Position Details

The primary focus of this recruitment drive is for Crane Operators specialized in Mobile and Crawler Cranes. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of SAR 2,400, which converts to approximately LKR 196,800 based on current exchange rates. Furthermore, the role involves operating advanced machinery in various terrains and environments. Because our client values precision, the selected operators will take charge of complex lifting tasks while ensuring the longevity of the equipment.

Eligibility Criteria for Crane Operators

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet specific technical and professional standards. Firstly, applicants must possess the ability to operate equipment independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Additionally, you must demonstrate a strong understanding of the structure, working principles, and performance of mobile and crawler cranes.

Key requirements include:

• Possession of a valid special operation certificate and a relevant driver’s license.
• Basic communication skills in English to coordinate with diverse teams.
• The capability to perform basic vehicle maintenance independently.
• Thorough knowledge of safe operation procedures and traffic management regulations.
• Experience in organizing disassembly and implementation processes.
