Position Details

The current hiring phase includes a variety of roles tailored to different expertise levels within the automotive industry. We provide competitive salary packages, listed in both Qatari Riyal (QAR) and Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR) equivalents based on current exchange rates:

• Technicians Grade 1: QAR 2,500 (LKR 212,500)
• Technicians Grade 2: QAR 3,000 (LKR 255,000)
• Technicians Grade 3: QAR 3,750 (LKR 318,750)
• Bodyshop Repair Estimator: QAR 4,000 (LKR 340,000)
• Service Advisors: QAR 4,000 (LKR 340,000)
• Garage Equipment Technicians: QAR 3,300 (LKR 280,500)

Eligibility Criteria for Automotive Professionals

To qualify for these positions, candidates must possess relevant experience in the automotive sector. Specifically, Technicians must demonstrate proficiency in mechanical or electrical repairs corresponding to their respective grade levels. Service Advisors and Repair Estimators require excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of customer service and damage assessment. Furthermore, the employer prioritizes individuals who show a commitment to quality and safety. Candidates should hold valid certifications or diplomas in automotive engineering or related fields to meet international standards.
