• Supervisors (Fruit): AED 3,500 | LKR 290,500
• Livestock Bulk Managers: AED 2,600 | LKR 215,800
• Milkers: AED 1,700 | LKR 141,100 (Includes AED 200 food allowance)
• Farm General Laborers: AED 1,300 | LKR 107,900 (Includes AED 200 food allowance)
• Shepherds (Lamb/Sheep Care): AED 1,300 | LKR 107,900
• Date Palm Workers: AED 1,100 | LKR 91,300

Eligibility Criteria for UAE Agricultural Roles

Applicants must demonstrate a strong work ethic and physical fitness to handle farm-based environments. While specific experience levels vary by role, candidates for supervisory positions should possess relevant leadership experience in plantation management.
