Job Description

The selected candidates will perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles and equipment. In this role, mechanics must identify mechanical and electrical faults efficiently to ensure minimal downtime for the client’s fleet. Daily tasks include engine overhauls, brake system repairs, and routine servicing according to European safety standards. Because the workplace utilizes modern diagnostic tools, professionals will have the chance to sharpen their technical skills within a sophisticated industrial setting.

Position Details

This recruitment campaign focuses on both Light Vehicle Mechanics and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics. The salary structure offers a range between LEI 3,000 and LEI 5,000, which approximately converts to LKR 213,000 – 355,000 depending on the prevailing exchange rate and the candidate’s specific expertise. Furthermore, these positions are full-time roles based in Romania, offering a pathway to long-term career stability within the European Union.

Eligibility Criteria for Mechanics

Applicants must possess a valid vocational qualification or a diploma in Automobile Engineering from a recognized institution. Additionally, the client requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years of verifiable work experience in a reputable garage or service center. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of internal combustion engines and hydraulic systems. Since the role involves working in an international team, a basic command of English will be considered a significant advantage during the selection process.
