Position Details

Selected candidates will earn a competitive monthly salary of Euro 1,600, which converts to approximately LKR 569,600 based on current exchange rates. This compensation package reflects the high level of skill required for the position. Furthermore, the contract provides a structured work environment where employees can enhance their technical proficiency using modern European machinery and safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria for MIG Welders

Prospective candidates must possess significant experience in MIG welding to meet the rigorous standards of our Latvian client. Applicants should demonstrate a deep understanding of metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and safety protocols within a workshop setting. Because the role requires precision and durability in every weld, a formal technical certification or vocational training from a recognized institute is highly preferred. Additionally, candidates must maintain a valid passport and be prepared to undergo the necessary medical and background clearances required for European work visas.
