Job Description

The selected candidates will represent high-end hospitality venues in the Maldives, ensuring guests receive world-class service. Baristas will manage coffee stations, craft specialty beverages, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Meanwhile, Waiters and Service Crew members will handle table service, guest inquiries, and overall dining area management. Both roles require a proactive approach to hospitality, as the Maldives attracts an international clientele with diverse expectations. Consequently, staff must maintain a professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Position Details

The employer offers competitive tax-free salaries based on the current exchange rate of 1 USD to 313 LKR.

• Baristas: USD 600 (Approximately LKR 187,800)
• Waiters / Service Crew: USD 400 (Approximately LKR 125,200)

Eligibility Criteria for Baristas and Service Crew

Prospective candidates must meet specific requirements to qualify for the shortlisting process. Firstly, applicants should possess previous experience in the hospitality sector, specifically in cafes, restaurants, or hotels. Furthermore, candidates must present a well-groomed appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
