Job Description

The selected candidates will oversee daily operations within a high-volume restaurant setting. Position Details

Our client currently offers two distinct leadership opportunities. The compensation reflects the level of responsibility and the exchange rate of 1 KWD to 1018 LKR.

  • Restaurant Shift Managers: This senior role offers a monthly salary of KWD 200, which converts to approximately LKR 203,600.
  • Assistant Restaurant Shift Managers: This supporting leadership role offers a monthly salary of KWD 170, totaling approximately LKR 173,060.

Eligibility Criteria for Shift Managers

Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in the hospitality sector to qualify for these positions. Specifically, the client requires prior experience working with reputed multinational fast-food brands. Consequently, applicants should possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of international service standards. Leadership experience is essential, as the roles involve managing shifts and solving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
