• Spa Therapists: Candidates earn a basic salary of TL 28,075 (approximately LKR 196,525) and receive additional income through extra tips.
• Factory Workers (Unskilled): Workers receive a basic salary of TL 28,075 (approximately LKR 196,525) along with overtime pay.
• Factory Workers (Skilled / Semi-Skilled): Employees earn between TL 28,075 and TL 35,000 (approximately LKR 196,525 to LKR 245,000) depending on experience, plus overtime pay.

Eligibility Criteria for Turkey Vacancies

• Spa Therapists: Applicants must possess professional training or relevant certifications in spa therapy and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
• Skilled / Semi-Skilled Factory Workers: Candidates must display relevant technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, or prior factory experience.
• Factory Workers (Unskilled): Applicants do not need prior experience or specialized training, but they must possess physical fitness and a willingness to learn on the job.
• General Requirements: All applicants must have a basic command of English, present a clean medical record, and exhibit a strong work ethic.
