Position Details

Our client currently recruits candidates for two primary technical roles:

• Welders: Successful candidates receive a monthly base salary of TL 28,000 (approximately LKR 199,080) plus additional overtime pay (OT).
• Electricians: Successful candidates receive a monthly base salary of TL 28,000 (approximately LKR 199,080) plus additional overtime pay (OT).

In addition to basic earnings, workers can significantly increase their monthly income through overtime hours.

Eligibility Criteria for Welders and Electricians

To secure these positions, candidates must fulfill specific requirements:

• Work Experience: Applicants must possess proven experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating strong proficiency in industrial or commercial settings.
• Technical Skill Set: Welders must master industry-standard welding procedures, while electricians must display comprehensive knowledge of electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Professional Conduct: Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the physical capability to handle demanding tasks abroad.
