Candidates can apply for two key positions offering attractive salary packages:

• Nursing Aids: Monthly earnings of SGD 1,480 (approximately LKR 381,840).
• Healthcare Assistants (HCA): Monthly earnings of SGD 1,320 (approximately LKR 340,560).

Eligibility Criteria for Nursing Aids

To qualify for the Nursing Aid position, applicants must satisfy specific academic and professional benchmarks:

• Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Applicants must maintain active registration as a Registered Nurse in Sri Lanka.
• Candidates require a minimum of 1 year of inpatient nursing experience.

Eligibility Criteria for Healthcare Assistants

Prospective Healthcare Assistants must meet targeted clinical standard criteria:

• Applicants must possess at least 1 year of nursing experience in a facility with a minimum capacity of 100 beds.
• Candidates need relevant experience in General, Medical-Surgical, Geriatric, or Psychiatric care.
• Candidates must be under 38 years of age.
