First, the role of Crew Members offers an attractive basic monthly salary ranging from OMR 120 to OMR 140, which approximately converts to LKR 102,360 – 119,420.

Second, the position of Crew Cleaners comes with a guaranteed monthly basic salary of OMR 120, equivalent to approximately LKR 102,360.

Eligibility Criteria for Crew Members and Crew Cleaners

However, applicants must satisfy a few essential qualifications to qualify for these positions. Primarily, candidates should possess a strong sense of teamwork and demonstrate a keen enthusiasm for handling daily operational tasks efficiently. Additionally, physical fitness and mental readiness to work overseas remain mandatory requirements for all applicants. Moreover, prior experience in hospitality, food service, or general facility cleaning will serve as a distinct advantage.
