Greetings of the day!!

First of all I would like to thank you for taking your valuble time to review my application and much appreciated. As a professional hotelier I do have 7+ years experience in the hotel industry and have almost 5 years of experience as a Reservations and Front office operations in a 5 star luxury boutique hotel in Kandy,Sri Lanka . I was promoted to a executive position on 2020 and have 2+ years of experience in the executive level.

My day to day duties was to have a smooth check in and check out for my valuable guest and to make sure that my guest have a pleasant stay. My biggest strength is in guest Relations and I do have few fantastic reviews on TripAdvisor under my name from my guest.

I’m very familiar with the hotel systems like IDS/Scienter and Hotel key from my past work places. I do have a excellent Communication skills verbally and written in English language.

I would like to migrate to a country and gain more experiences + exposure for my future endorsements.

As a person I do have a strong positive minded attitude and a very hard working person individually or with a team.
