Support the lawyer by performing administrative, clerical, accounting functions, handle client relations. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and basic book keeping. Maintain lawyer’s calendar and produce documents involving litigation, contract agreements, by-laws, briefs, deeds and affidavits.
Support the accountant by performing administrative and accounting functions. Petty cash handling and reimbursement system. Payment procedure handling. Prepare the monthly sales and stock count report. Preparing order reconciliation and contribution report. GRN, MRN updating and record keeping practices.
