Oversaw project delivery and executed sales team effort to a customer satisfactory output.  Steered effectively all the boiler installation activities in Sri Lanka collaborating with 6 fabricating teams.  Successfully completed an extensive 2-week long foreign training on boiler systems and steam distribution systems.  Led and managed 6 labor teams to meet the customer deadlines, targets, and budgets.  Designed 12 boiler house layouts including water tank, fuel tank and chimney.  Trained new team members on the unallocated credit project.

Spearheaded Research and development activities in load cells.  Managed the Rocker load cell manufacturing line production issues.  Overcame the strain gauge bonding issue by executing Engineering analysis that reduced the rework by 20%.  Designed and fabricated 4 C3 performance shear type, bending type and compression type load cells using Engineering Design software.  Exposed to six sigma and Kaizen manufacturing environment.
