I have started as a Front Desk Agent and promoted with in the Marriott Family to reach the level where I am within 9 years and currently working as the Front office Manager- (Blue Band, leading a team of 30+ associates in Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach and Resort.
I am experienced with 7 Brand Standard physical Audits, 2 Virtual Audits and 7 ISRA Audits.
Expert in customer relations as I am dealing with guest inquiries at the reception, reservations, travel agents, OTA Extranets (Booking.com/Expedia) and repeated individual customers.
I have been awarded with Several “Spirit to Serve” awards for many guest recognitions on Guest Voice every year. Also been awarded as “The Supervisor of the quarter recognition” once and two times “Employee of the Month Recognition” from the hotel.
