A small brief about my academic background, I got my Diploma in Hospitality Management in the year 2011 and after having work experience at Hotel Taj Samudra, I was selected for the management batch at Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management. Then I graduated in the year 2016 with 2nd class upper honors. Soon after, I was selected for the management trainee program conducted by Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts where I worked as a junior executive. Then I joined Sri Lankan Airline Catering as an Enterprise Resource Planning Assistant in the year 2018. Now I am working as the Planning & Costing Officer under Planning & Costing Department at Sri Lankan Airline Catering for 04 consecutive years.
With the experience I have gathered in my job position about aviation catering, production planning, airline menu costing, food & beverage planning, cost controlling, raw material sample evaluation, recipe & master data management in ERP systems, I am eagerly waiting to get exposure in a well reputed foreign organization while developing the company & also myself.
