I am graduated in BSc. Honors Hospitality Management at Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. I am a highly motivated student of Hospitality Management degree programme in our University. In relates to the knowledge which I have gained, I am very interested in your organization, to start my career path in the field of Management.
While I had 4 Years’ experience as Hotelier, I am having one year experience as Housekeeping Desk Operator at Centara Ceysands Resort & Spa Sri Lanka. I had two year experience as Management Trainee, Assistant Room Boy & Housekeeping Desk Operator at Taj Samudra Colombo Hotel and One year experience as internship trainee at The Glenrock Hotel in Belihuloya. I have a better experience, knowledge and skills related to Management, Tourism and hospitality Field. Over the last six years, I have got the opportunity to participate many events, programmes and workshops which were organized by tourism industry professionals.
I am the type of person who works very hard at any job or task that is assigned. I do my best to get the job done and make sure that its done correctly. I don’t settle for any mistake but if some are made, I will accept full responsibility. I love to name as a multi tasker as i love being busy and take challenges. I won’t stop at anything until everyone is pleased and satisfied. I am also very proficient with computers and Microsoft word, excel & Opera System.
Furthermore, functions, events and other academic things in the school and the university have provided me with substantial experience in communicating and collaborating with people at all levels and across disciplines of the institutes and, I love to serve as a member of a team as well as a leader who is working with diverse groups of people.
