My main responsibilities include: * Plan, organize and perform system audits in various group companies. * Ensure the quality and consistency of the audit by reviewing flow charts, work papers, draft reports of the subordinates and prepare internal audit reports/ memorandums with detailed findings and recommendations. * Conduct follow up audits to ensure audit recommendations are implemented. * Analyze numerous processes of group companies to identify internal control weaknesses, loopholes, risk areas, cost saving opportunities. * Prepare, update and maintain manuals of accounting procedure and audit programs for the group companies. * Carryout ad‑hoc assignments such as inventory verifications, system implementations, investigations, brand audits etc. * Responsible for effective work allocation among team members, provide guidance, supervision, continuous monitoring and reviewing of their performance.
