Building Maintenance and Responsible of Design, Installation, Maintenance, Energy Efficiency, Testing/Inspections, and Troubleshooting/Repairs.  Cooling tower maintaining and servicing, domestic hot water system maintaining, Gas Welding and Arc welding, Thermometer Calibration. Calorifier system maintaining, Pipe fitting and Plumbing.  Maintenance and repair, Chillers, Machine Repairing, Star Delta 3ph Motor Controlling, FCU and AHU Units and Scada controlling.  Install and maintaining control panel and lighting system. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.  Monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges Collect and test water and sewage samples Record meter and gauge readings, and operational data Operate equipment to purify and clarify water, or to process or dispose of sewage. Clean and maintain equipment, tanks, filter beds, and other work areas. Stay current on environmental laws and regulations. Ensure safety standards.  Experience in Centrifugal Chiller controlling (High Presser Chiller and Low Presser Chiller) Start and Stop all chiller equipment when it required and as per the load.  Investigate and take all Preventive measures for all equipment to ensure Zero tripping, monitor the chiller and check all parameter.  Monitor the from the central control room and control all equipment.  Physically taking rounds to ensure safety and report if there any abnormal readings finding to relevant persons, Monitoring all equipment.  RO Plant operation and doing all type of preventive maintenance. Using all kind of Chemicals to plant safely. Add chemicals, such as chlorine, or lime, to disinfect water or other liquids. Inspect equipment on a regular basis.  Submit the log sheets and DCS data on Daily basis to Head Plant Manager.  Energy saving and keeping good plant efficiency.  Experience in TES tank charging and discharging.
