I’m a skilled and devoted Senior Project Officer, having over 26 years of experience in
planning, managing and monitoring of construction projects, including commercial,
residential and high-rise building projects worth between US$ 1.0 to 8.0 million. I have
gained vast experience in material control, advising on technical strategies where necessary,
organizing and motivating project teams, and managing project risks. Further, I was actively
engaged in the renewable energy sector projects in different parts of the island, which were
developed in order to gain maximum economical and environment-friendly solutions.
Having been a diploma holder in Occupational Safety and Health Management,
I have ensured the on-site safety of both personnel and property to the optimum.

• Implement safety policies and regulations • Arrange toolbox meetings on daily-basis prior to starting work • Prepare and submit daily and monthly HSE reports • Prepare and submit annual HSE reports for ISO 45001 Audit • Assist Project Manager to design external scaffolding system
• In-charge of labour-handling - between 250 – 400 personnel at a time • Suggest an effective system to minimize cost and time in designing of external scaffolding system • Implement safety policies and regulations • Arrange toolbox meetings prior to starting work and check and approve machinery/equipment for safety/effectiveness on daily-basis • Make weekly and monthly inspections of tower-crane, passenger/material hoists and all machinery • Prepare and submit daily and monthly HSE reports and annual HSE documents for ISO 18001/ 45001 audit • Take overall responsibility for eternal plastering and painting works of the building • Handing over the project without major injuries/incidents being reported
