Train student in overall service of food and drink services. Teach, train and evaluate students on capabilities of food & drink services in restaurant and bar operation. Teach, train and aware students to practice, inculcate and maintaining of Health, Security, Safety, Hygiene aspects in food service and production areas. Setting question papers, Conduct examinations, giving Assignments, Assess and Evaluate those to ensure industry expectations. Reviewing syllabuses in related areas of teaching and training.
Prepare annual training plan with the assistance and coordination of respective department heads. Conduct and coordinate relevant training programmes and evaluate the employees. Setting standards for services of operational and supporting departments and implement those while doing necessary reviewing. Assist Food and Beverage Department when required. Conduct employee appraisals and give recommendations for necessary actions to be taken. Coordinate CSR activities.
