Plan , Implement , manage , support , administrate and monitor network infrastructure switches and routers in SDB Branches/ ATM / Production Data Center / Disaster Recovery Data Center. Support , Monitoring and administration of PDC / DR site critical links ,Branches and ATM MPLS Links of SD-WAN Router. Support Production Data Center & Disaster recovery of Data Center VPN’s, Firewall and IPS configured on Checkpoint Firewall Appliances and Fortinet Firewall Devices. Oversee the proper use of the monitoring systems to identify problems or issues with the data center infrastructure. Performs root cause analysis and follows-up to ensure the issue is addressed at the root level and develop get well plans as appropriate. Interpret trending data from monitoring tools to quantify Data Center efficiency , identify potential problems , and make recommendations for changes/enhancements in the Data Center to increase efficiency and reliability. Supporting day today activities effectively so that all network infrastructure to agreed level of availability and quality. Effectively represent Data Center Operations interests in meetings with IT Division staff, other departments, and outside vendors/partners. Support to ensure that all network / security projects delivered on time and support projects pertains to Business developments. Ensure Network Vulnerabilities are treated in-line with the applied SLAs. Monitoring Network and Security devices alerts and act to resolve it within the defined SLAs. Effectively communicate, orally and in writing.

Implement, manage, support, administrate and monitor network infrastructure switches and routers in SDB Branches/ ATM / Production Data Center / Disaster Recovery Data Center. Plan , Design , Implementation , Support and administration of IP address networks for SDB Branches / ATM / Core / Production Data Center / Disaster Recovery Data Center. Plan , design , implementation , support and administration of OSPF , BGP routing protocol in PDC /DR Sites ’ Cisco Switches /Cisco Nexus /Cisco Routers. Update Patches, Firmware and Operating systems of Cisco Catalyst / Nexus Switches /Routers /Fortinet 600D firewall / Checkpoint 5000 Appliances / SDWAN ISR Routers. Provide first - level / Second Level / Third Level technical consultations and support to network / Field Engineers and System engineers & Testing Departments on IT issues. Continually work on achieving high performance in providing mission-critical support to Business Operations and services while complying to audit and security recommendation. Implementation of Security Baseline on Network and Security infrastructure Devices. Support Production Data Center & Disaster recovery Data Center VPN ’ s ,Firewall and IPS configured on Check point devices and Fortinet Devices. Assist in the development and implementation of the disaster recovery processes and procedures for the network. Supporting day today activities effectively so that all network infrastructure to agreed level of availability and quality. Support to ensure that all network / security projects delivered on time and support projects pertains to Business developments. Support and administration of DC / DR inter site critical links, Branches and Offsite ATM MPLS Links . Third - party MPLS / Leased lines for the high availability in coordination with ISP. Implementation of Audit recommendations and Ensure audit findings are closed on time. Setup Network/Established of link for new Branches and offsite ATM. Planning and Support for shifting Network equipment & Testing of the MPLS link after branch renovation or re-location of branch/Offsite ATM. Ensure Network Vulnerabilities are treated in-line with the applied SLAs. Follow safety procedures of data center environment. Work individually or team on group projects, as assigned.
